“Diana senses exactly what a client needs. During our first meetings she read my personality completely, and as if by miracle she carried it into a space that now belongs to me without question and feels a part of me — my new home.”

“I had postponed renovating for two years — trauma from the last one. Diana made me feel it could be entirely different.”

“The least stressful year of my life, despite a full villa renovation.”

“No emails at night. No budget surprises. A miracle, frankly.”

“Diana never calls with a problem. She calls with a solution. The difference is enormous.”

“Finally, a home where everything looks as if it had always been in its place.”

“An architect to whom you can hand the keys and come back to a finished house. Literally.”

Our approach.
The questions clients ask most.

We are for discerning clients who value their time, who want lasting quality without endless rectifications and a process free of stress. What matters most to me is that both sides listen consciously and share the same goal. Listening consciously means the result, on the first try, is what the client envisions — only then are smaller details refined. A project like this does not last a month; we set out on a shared journey of often more than a year. That is why we place such weight on good relationships. We have only one name. I want to see every drawing realised in real space. It is the best feeling — especially when the joy of the finished work is shared with the client. Because the gap between project and construction is the source of most stress and overspend, one person and one team are responsible for both design and execution. The principle is simple — the drawing and the finished work must be 1:1.
It depends on the type. Routine situations — someone doesn't show up, a delivery slips, something isn't executed perfectly — we handle internally. We don't burden you with them. The build must move forward without you needing to deal with it. But when we encounter an obstacle that could not be foreseen, that emerged from the build, that requires a decision or affects the direction of the project, we present the possible solutions and you decide which way we go. I never call to say there is a problem. I always call with a proposed solution.
I never take on a project if we already know that the client's intent and budget cannot realistically be reconciled. First we verify that everything is feasible within the given timeline and budget. Only then do we agree to work together and I begin to design. Once the concept is approved, we work in parallel on detailed drawings and price each interior package and the construction work itself. This saves execution time and lets us optimise the project together as we go.
Yes. Since 2008 we have worked primarily in Slovakia. We have recently begun realising projects in Austria — chiefly in Vienna and Lower Austria. In Czechia we are preparing our first projects. We handle cross-border work end-to-end — including planning and execution drawings to local norms, coordination of subcontractors and dealings with authorities.

Diana Perknovska

Architect · General contractor · Interior design lecturer

I am Diana Perknovska. Architect and general contractor — two roles I have never separated, because I am convinced that only this way does a home truly become one you go on enjoying.

I do my work as if I were doing it for myself. I do not enter a project whose sense I cannot feel — not for the money, not for the time, not for the client's expectations. I choose projects the way clients choose their architect. The point is that both sides listen consciously and share the same goal. Conscious listening means that what is imagined comes into being on the first try — and only then are details refined.

For the last 17 years I have worked in Slovakia; now also in Austria, and we are beginning in Czechia. I lead comprehensive turn-key projects — from the first sketch to the level of interior fit-out the client asks of me. Alongside this I teach other interior designers to understand that what they draw — or fail to draw — has a price in reality.
